Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send you a short contract, along with a request for a one-time upfront fee (the fee helps ensure you’re serious about the process). Upon receipt of both, we’ll schedule a fact-finding call to ensure we’re clear on your goals and any specifics. From there, our Talent Scouts will get to work to start sourcing candidates.

Once you have an initial call with us, we will assess your requirements and create a customized job description based on your specific needs. Our team will then initiate a thorough candidate search. You will have the opportunity to interview the candidate, and upon your approval, we can proceed with the onboarding process.
